If you are unaware of this: when wired headphones were very popular at release just about all common/popular models were made as fakes. Soundsport Red (READ DESC.) menu option This set had a loose remote buttons. I have covered the remote buttons with silicone, see pictures. The microphone and volume buttons do not work. Android device users: All sets other then the "Soundsport Charcoal -ANDROID" menu option have remotes that are meant for apple IOS devices (iphone/ipad). On android devices using headphones with IOS remote the play and microphone button will work however the volume buttons will not. "Soundsport Charcoal -ANDROID" option is compatible with android devices and has a remote with volume up and down/play/microphone functions. Using the android remote version on an Apple IOS device the play/pause button and microphone will work, the volume buttons will not work. The stock speaker screens may be missing.
