Each Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair two (2) woofers: Refoaming Instructions 2 Foam Surrounds (F10-11) Tall Shims for centering the 2" voice coils 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky to bond on poly cones) You will need to carefully remove the original dust cap to shim the voice coil and reglue it back down when repair is complete. *It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing. This Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair one (1) subwoofer: Refoaming Instructions 1 Foam Surround (F10-14) 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky for poly cones) *We recommend hand centering this subwoofer when replacing the foam surround. When the glue is still tacky you can move the cone up and down. If you feel or hear the voice coil rubbing, just keep moving the cone assembly until it is free of rubbing.
