Device has been tested. It turns on. All of the buttons appear to work. But I have no way to test it with an actual TV or other device. The battery compartment is clean. This item appears to work perfectly fine.. Please refer to pictures for what you will receive. Please make sure this device is suitable for your needs - returns not be accepted. I have no reason to think this device does not work. It appears to work perfectly fine, but since I can’t fully test it with a TV, I am selling it as is. You can see in the pictures that the screen works, and the buttons work. Battery is not included
