Manufacturer Description The High Strength Plastic Universal Plate has a 1.0" diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles to a 2.5" diameter Plate. The plate has 4 holes that match the universal AMPS hole pattern. NOTE:This base plate will attach to any of the RAM plastic HOL holders, but generally the RAP-B-238 Diamond Plate is used.
