Is rubber of your pinch roller hard with many cracks? Then it is time to replace the left pinch roller. However, this pinch roller of correct dimensions and correct rubber hardness is unobtainable. I had to solve this problem. That's why I decided to try their production. The roller is made from high quality material. Rubber is made using injection molding technology. The rubber hardness is accurate. Surface finish is very good. Pinch roller core is made from high quality plastic, processed on very precision lathe. Please, see the images, this is real photo. I originally made this pinch roller for use in Sony ES cassette decks. However, Sankyo uses pinch roller of exactly the same outer dimensions. Only rubber height is wider (7.2 mm instead of 6 mm). I tested it and it works perfect. If you do not accept this, please do not buy this roller!
