Used. Most only have 20 or so charges and hold at least 90% of their rated capacity. Photo from Impres data reader is a typical read from these types of batteries and does not guarantee you will receive the same rating. Each battery is checked to make sure 1. it doesn't have excessive charge cycles and 2. to be sure its rated at a capacity of 90% or better.
