The left controller is missing plastic around the joystick, the joystick is drifting, and the B button is missing. The headset has two dead pixels on the left lens, both lenses are severely scratched and appear to be scuffed on the inside. The headset comes without a face pad and without a head strap. The package arrived in good condition; however, the items themselves were damaged.
