Surface is in pretty good shape, except for a few small scratches and scuffs, and minor paint chips. Screen does have a few small scratches also. Battery will charge when plugged in but only lasts about 2-5 minutes then dies. Needs a battery replacement. Was factory reset using iTunes. Comes with charging cable.

iPod is fully tested and working without issue. Battery charges and was tested for 3+ hours without hitting 50% charge. iPod is in good condition with scratches to screen and shell.
