JL Audio 10" Refoam Kit (Single Foam Surround) This kit will fit 10W0, 10W1, 10W6 and 10W3v2. This will NOT fit all the version 2's. Check measurements below. This Refoam Kit includes all the materials needed to repair one (1) subwoofer: Refoaming Instructions 1 Foam Surround (F10-11) Tall Shims for centering the 2" voice coil 1 Bottle of Specially Formulated Foam Surround Adhesive (strong and sticky for poly cones) You will need to carefully remove the original dust cap to shim the voice coil and reglue it back down when repair is complete. *It can be difficult to refoam a speaker without removing the dust cap and inserting the plastic shims. The plastic shims are used to center the voice coil and cone assembly while the speaker is being refoamed. If you do not use the plastic shims, the voice coil may be off center and it may lead to the voice coil rubbing.
