It runs on the Sonos S1 app only , not the current S2 app. It works perfectly on S1 and will group with other S1-compatible Sonos gear. If your system is on S2, this will not join it. Sonos Connect:Amp — the streaming amplifier that powers a pair of regular wired speakers over your network.
