One of the plastic pieces in the mounting house is broke. It is there to assist the spacer. It does not hold the screw itself. Screw goes into the unit with no problems. Cannot be seen when installed. Does not effect use or installation. Can still be placed over screw and assist the spacer. See pictures for details.
