Stamped cs2554BMPG 84095 on back. Made in USA. Slightly discolored under the hanger and where a sticker was. It’s like a cream/beige/yellowish color now. Looks like it was originally an off white.

This is a vintage Premier 2554 Wall Telephone in its original packaging.It is designed with tone dial functionality and is hearing aid compatible. This is not brand new. This is used. Not sure that the cord is original either. But it is functional and in good shape.
