iPod is fully tested and working without issue. Battery charges and was tested for 3+ hours without hitting 50% charge. iPod is in good condition with scratches to screen and shell. Screen does have a big scratch across the screen but as it is horizontal, it is noticeable but does not hamper use. Please refer to pictures. Charger not included.
