The 28.570 MHz (±100 ppm) nominal frequency is near the lower end of the 10-Meter phone sub-band. The output is a TTL compatible square wave and a LPF (low pass filter) is recommended to remove harmonic content. [LPF(s) are NOT included, but are sold separately.] The four-pin footprint matches the corner pins of a standard DIP8 package. Pin 1 (squared corner) is not used.
