DVR works properly and is in great condition. Comes with all pieces shown in the main photo. I included a photo of the unit working with cameras connected to prove that it is functional, but it does NOT come with any cameras or monitors. As I understand it, Night Owl is no longer supporting the mobile app to remote view your system, so that may not work for you. However, the local unit works just fine without the app. Please let me know if you have any questions.
