The TiVo BOLT 500 GB DVR is a white DVR unit manufactured by TiVo in 2017.
Unit is untested, and has no subscription tied to it.
Never had a problem with it, just changed service and no longer use. The remote's battery cover has a small piece broke off so I would typically just tape it, but that's the only issue (I noticed a small black smudge in the photo - that wiped off).
