the one pictured shows an approximation of what the condition will be. It will have minor scuffs on the outside or in even better condition. There are stickers on the front for identification purposes and wont be removed before shipment. These units have been tested as far as music listening and the buttons working goes. Please keep in mind these still have the original batteries, so battery life may be severely or moderately less than a brand new battery.
