PICTURE IS OF CURRENT STOCK (MAY 2019) BUT ADDING AND SUBTRACTING STOCK DAILY. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE ARE ALL DUDS. MAY HAVE BAD FILAMENTS, LOW EMISSION, ETC. THEY ARE INTACT! MAY HAVE SLIGHTLY LOOSE BASES, BUT NONE THAT HAVE SEPARATED. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!SHIPPING & HANDLING I take great pride in my shipping. I wrap my tubes in bubble wrap. Then place them into a strong cardboard shipping box, with good tape. I ensure that your tubes will make it to you safe and sound. If they do not, I will work with you to make it right. I add very little for handling fee's within my shipping charge. Shipping is not where I make money. Let me quickly divulge my costs. The USPS First Class mail keeps going up, up, up. A standard shipment (up to about a half dozen tubes) now costs ME $2.77 - $3.50 from the post office. Large orders can cost me considerably more. I pay about 40 cents per box, and then another 50 cents for printer, tape, bubble wrap, etc. costs. That means that the average shipment costs me around $3.50. Now, eBay and Paypal also charge me about 12% combined for shipping costs. So, if I charge $4.75 for shipping, they take 54 cents! That puts me at about 20 cents over for a standard shipment. That pays for my gas, etc to/from post office. If you order more than 1 or 2 tubes, I am spending another 25 cents or more in bubble wrap... putting me even or slightly at a loss. I do not short change on materials for shipping. I simply do not use inferior materials. I'd rather have you return an item because you didn't like the sound than because it was broken.Combined Shipping Yes! I combine shipping! However, it is super complex to combine shipping automatically on tubes, as some of the little tubes can be added at no additional cost, but some of the bigger output/transmitter tubes will be charged additional. The best way to do it is to buy the items, and request an invoice before paying (eBay only lets you request an invoice after purchasing). If eBay charges immediate payment, I will provide a refund when I ship it. I generally add 20-30 cents per transaction after the first, depending on the size of the order, the types of tubes, metal vs. glass tubes, etc. Feel free to contact me prior to purchasing as well.Best Offers I generally consider Best Offers as a good mechanism to make offers on multiple tubes, or for higher priced items - while I will respect and respond to each offer, if you make an offer for a super low price, please understand why I cannot accept. I am running a business here, with electricity costs, warehouse lease, computers, printers, office supplies, internet connection, etc. An offer for $2.50 for a $15.00 item will likely be declined.Returns I accept a 30-day money back return on all my items, unless the item description states otherwise. On some tubes, for example, those I cannot test - or test bad (display tubes), I will not accept returns. But for 99.99% of the tubes I sell, feel free to try them out and make sure you like them. If you do not like the tube, and would like to return, please do so within 30 days. Buyer to pay shipping both ways, unless the item is significantly different than described/pictured.Testing I can test about 99.99% of the tubes I sell. I have currently calibrated vintage and modern testers (Triplett, Hickok and B&K as well as the MAXI Preamp and Power Tube Testers). I generally state which tester was used. Sometimes, these testers test at different currents or biases than your tester. Testing results can vary from tester to tester. NOS I sell many NOS (New Old Stock) tubes. This means that the tube is new (as far as I can tell from a visual inspection) and has never been put into service. The tube will include its box, unless specified otherwise. I test many NOS tubes prior to listing - see description for details. If the tube does not have any mention of being tested, please assume the tube is in good working NOS order. I may not have tested it, but if it arrives less than NOS (or shorts/leaks, etc), please return for full refund.Questions? Please refer to the description, return policy, shipping policy and most importantly - the picture(s). Pictures are a vital part of the description. They can contain many of the details you may ask about (tube codes, date codes, getter type, plate color, etc.). If you cannot find the info you are looking for, please contact me.
