All of them have been tested on a Jackson Model 598 Dynamic Tester. The lowest reading was 80% on both sides of a few of them. The rest all hovered around NOS numbers and were pretty close on both triodes.
Three lower testing 6C10 vacuum tubes. On our Hickok 800A the 100% spec is 1250 so these tested lower.

All test good for emissions on B&K Dyna Jet 606. One appears to be a vertical D getter and I tried to capture it one of photos for you to check it out yourself.
