*OPEN BOX* Atlas Sound PM4FA-W 4″ 2-Way Pendant Mount Speaker with 70.7V-16W Transformer, 8 Ohm Input at 25 Watts (White) Mounted down-firing in an attractive enclosure, the PM4FA-W provides natural sounding, wide coverage for low-height installations while retaining very impressive full-range frequency response for both music and paging applications. The PM4FA-W uses the familiar response and dispersion of Atlas Sound's model FA134 high-performance 4" Strategy Series® driver. This loudspeaker is the same FA series device used in Atlas Sound's popular FAP42T in-ceiling speaker package. The PM4FA-W produces the great sound quality you’ve come to expect from Atlas™! Pendant System – Architects, consultants, and interior designers require loudspeaker solutions with good aesthetics for open ceiling applications. Ceiling materials vary and a good installation system is imperative to accommodate beam mounting as well as flat or angled, hard-ceiling materials. Not only are pendant mount speaker systems a versatile solution, they have “real world” coverage patterns, too. Superior Sound – Full sound dispersion (at the correct height) is needed for large buildings with high, open ceilings. The PM4FA-W is equipped with Atlas Sound’s most popular drivers in a down firing configuration – no weird dispersion cones, no tweeter banks, and no attempts to break the inverse square law! Easy Cable Mounting – Everything needed for a suspended cable mounting system is included! May be mounted via a pipe mount system with either standard ceiling fan hardware or 3/4" MPT tubing/suspension hardware (available at most electrical supply outlets). Attractive Appearance – The concealment top cover provides optimal aesthetics and blends perfectly with the cylindrical enclosure of the PM4FA-W. Such a visually appealing shape will complement any décor. At only 9-1/4″ in diameter, and fully enclosed with a matte white finish, this pendant speaker has an overall clean appearance! Daisy Chain – Multiple PM4FA-W units can be used in simultaneous wiring conjunction to provide equal sound quality and efficiency without affecting impedance – a necessary function for commercial application. Under the concealment top cover, connection is made via terminal block for 70.7V / 100V transformer or direct coupled 8Ω operation.
